  • NYS RN
  • BSN Required/ MSN Preferred LTC/SNF/ Subacute Leadership Experience (Current)
  • IP Certification Preferred
  • Pro-Active and Self Directed
  • Collaborative team player with other departments
  • Performance Improvement experience.
