WOUND CARE NURSE

POSITION:
As the Wound Care RN, you will plan and implement daily operation of Skin and Wound Management within the Wound Care Program under the supervision of Nursing Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• NYS RN
• 4 years in LTC/Subacute
• Minimum 2 years Wound Care

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Excellent time management skills in long-term and sub-acute settings
• Strong clinical knowledge of healing management, skin/wound care, epidemiology & infection control principles
• Communicates efficiently with Director of Nursing and Physicians
• Attends / leads rounds
• Detail-oriented & computer proficient
• EMR: SigmaCare

COMPENSATION:
• $120k–$145k / Negotiable based on experience + certifications
• Full Benefits (Family Coverage Available)
