- 5 years of Experience as Administrator of Record
- Knowledge of Area Feeder Sources
Description:
- Overall management + leadership of Skilled Nursing Facility of approximately 130-beds.
- Mentorship and ability to hold staff accountable
- ‘Management by Walking Around’with keen observation + attention to detail
- Efficient, clear communication and collaboration with all team members
- Patient-Centered Focus
- Ability to Effective and Successful Work in a Union Environment
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $130k++ / Neg. based on LNHA experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx (Family Coverage Available)
