- 2 Yrs Pediatric Experience
Responsibilities:
- Assessments, treatment plans, implement therapy strategies, re-evaluate progress to goals
- Work closely with parents, teachers, clinical team; attends meetings
- Provide patient and family education on physical therapy, injury prevention, and self-care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
