Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)/Executive Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NHA License (State of MA)
• Excellent Survey History
• EMR knowledgeable
• Min. 5 years of Experience as Administrator of Record
• Knowledge of Area Feeder Sources

DESCRIPTION:

• Overall management + leadership of Skilled Nursing Facility of approximately 130-beds.
• Mentorship and ability to hold staff accountable
• ‘Management by Walking Around’ with keen observation + attention to detail
• Efficient, clear communication and collaboration with all team members
• Patient-Centered Focus
• Ability to Effective and Successful Work in a Union Environment

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Salary: $130k++  / Neg. based on LNHA experience
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx  (Family Coverage Available)
• Generous PTO + Conferences for CEU’s
