PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Long Term Care,  Adult Subacute or Outpatient Experience
• Pro-Active & Self Directed
• Strong Clinical + Patient Centered
• Create & Initiate Meaningful Programming – Inside & Field Trips
• Supervisory Experience Preferred
• Weekly + Monthly Calendars
• Document with EMR

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Salary: $70-80k – based on experience & certification
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx  (Family Coverage Available)

Pedicatric Physical Therapist (NYS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NYS Physical Therapy License
• Min. 2 Yrs Pediatric Experience
• Ability to Work in Fast Paced Clinic

RESPONSIBLITIES::

• Assessments, treatment plans, implement therapy strategies, re-evaluate progress to goals
• Work closely with parents, teachers, clinical team; attends meetings
• Provide patient and family education on physical therapy, injury prevention, and self-care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

COMP PACKAGE:

• Salary: $100-120k – Based on experience & additional certifications
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx (Family Coverage Available)
