DIALYSIS NURSE MANAGER (NYS RN) for Brand New, Free-Standing, Outpatient Dialysis Center (not affiliated with Big 3) in Queens, NY. Close to all mass transportation. Parking is available.
This is a Full Time Position (3 days or 5 days possible). The ideal candidate will have Nurse Leadership Experience and possess a strong skill set in Dialysis Care.

Provide direct patient care in dialysis treatment

Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment and adjust care plans as needed

Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and self-care techniques

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
Requirements:

Valid NYS RN license (required) and CDN or CPDN (preferred)

Experience in dialysis care is required

Proficiency in venipuncture and IV therapy

EMR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range:
$110k – $130k.
