- NYS RN
- BSN Required/ MSN Preferred LTC/SNF/ Subacute Leadership Experience (Current)
- IP Certification Preferred
- Pro-Active and Self Directed
- Collaborative team player with other departments
- Performance Improvement experience.
- QAPI driven and effective
