Subacute + Long Term Care Experience Required

Qualifications

  • Must have current Long Term Care Nursing Department Leadership (NYS RN).
  • Communicates well and engages staff+ Family stakeholders.
  • Manage departmental matters at the clinical and administrative levels.
  • Knowledge of PDPM + Quality Measures.
  • Experience in Magnet environment preferred, not required.
