MDS Director (RAC-CT) – On-Site Only

QUALIFICATIONS:
• NYS RN License
• RAC-CT Certification (Required)
• PDPM Knowledge
• Previous MDS Staff Supervision
• Experience with SigmaCare EMR
• Excellent Time Management Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reports directly to the Administrator
• Manage & mentor department of 4; supervision required
• Strong clinical assessment skillset with high attention to detail
• Efficient and clear communication and collaboration with all team members
COMP PACKAGE:
• Salary: $160k+ (Based on MDS, Clinical & Management Experience)
