  • RAC-CT a Must
  • PDPM Knowledge
  • Previous MDS Staff Supervision
  • SigmaCare EMR
  • Excellent time management

Description:

  • Responsible to Administrator
  • Manage department of 4.  Mentorship and supervision a must
  • Strong clinical assessment capabilities with keen attention to detail
  • Efficient and clear communication and collaboration with all team members

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: $160k++  / Based on MDS, Clinical & Mgmt. Experience.
