DIALYSIS NURSE MANAGER (NYS RN) | OUTPATIENT DIALYSIS CENTER | Full Time Staff

DIALYSIS NURSE MANAGER (NYS RN) for Brand New, Free-Standing, Outpatient Dialysis Center (not affiliated with Big 3) in Queens, NY. Close to all mass transportation. Parking is available.

This is a Full Time Position (3 days or 5 days possible). The ideal candidate will have Nurse Leadership Experience and possess a strong skill set in Dialysis Care.

  • Provide direct patient care in dialysis treatment

  • Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment and adjust care plans as needed

  • Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and self-care techniques

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS RN license (required) and CDN or CPDN (preferred)

  • Experience in dialysis care is required

  • Proficiency in venipuncture and IV therapy

  • EMR

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:

$110k – $130k.

Our Client is a Community Hospital System with Recent Medica University Affiliation. Full time staff NON-INVASIVE CARDIOLOGIST (NYS Licensed MD or DO) for a hospital based clinic practice in Central NYS. *Call is light, 1:9. Call radius of 30 miles. This clinic mainly overssees adult patients, both inpatient and outpatient. There are 3 to 5 hospital consults done in a day along with Echo, Nuc, TEE and Cardioversion procedures. This position is _not_RVU. Salary very negotiable.
