Wound Care Nurse
POSITION:
As the WOUND CARE RN, you will plan and implement daily operation of Skin and Wound Management within the Wound Care Program under the supervision of Director of Nursing Services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• NYS RN with 4 Years in LTC/Subacute + min. 2 years Wound Care
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Excellent time management skills in long-term and sub-acute care settings
• Strong clinical knowledge of current and new healing management techniques l.e., knowledge of skin and wound management, epidemiology, and infection control principles.
• Communicates efficiently with Director of Nursing and Physicians
• Attends / leads rounds
• Detail-oriented & computer proficiency
• EMR (SigmaCare)
COMPENSATION:
• $120k–$145k / Negotiable per Exp + Cert’s.
