Employee Relations Specialist

Hospital System | Central New York

A very strong community-based hospital system seeks to include an Employee Relations Specialist in its HR team. Live work-life balance and have a successful career in a comfortable town that is close to a large city for culture, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.

SALARY:

$85k-$90k/ Based on Experience + Certification

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education BS in Human Resources or a related field, minimum.
  • Preferred Certifications PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHHR
  • Experience 3-4 years in HR, preferably with Healthcare & Employee relations experience.
